Success starts with belief.

Are you someone who doesn't think you can't have the nursing career you want?

Maybe you think you are just not lucky enough to have the opportunities that other nurses have.

Or maybe you tell yourself that it's just too late in your nursing career to do anything but what you are doing right now.

So you talk yourself out of even trying, because really what is the point?

Today I want you to stop letting fears of failure and disbelief block you from things you really want.

Friend, success isn't just for certain people.

And it definitely isn't a luck break.

Because if you are sitting there thinking "No, I can't possibly do that because (insert your excuse), you will self-sabotage every opportunity you have.

Today stop thinking about success as a just a bunch of things out of your reach.

Because success really starts with simply believing that you can have be successful.

How do you start believing in your success?

Instead of the what if I fail scenarios, see yourself doing something and knocking it out of the park.

Cut the self-sabotaging negative self-talk and intentionally spend a few minutes everyday visualizing yourself and your life once you achieved it.

Tell the people who you trust about your goals and things you are doing to achieve them.

Put sticky notes on your car, bathroom mirror with what you want so you see them everyday.

Create a vision board of you doing the thing you want in your nursing career.

Whether it is getting a job in the specialty you want to work, becoming a nurse coach, working for a company you really like, becoming a CNO or even CEO.

The first step of the journey is believing you can have it.

And if you need help with belief in yourself and figuring out where to go from there, no worries my friend.

That is what you have for me for.

I believe in you and your possibilities,

Mary B.
